[Jolly Sports News] Giannis Antetokounmpo might be following in Moses Malone’s footsteps by potentially playing for both the Milwaukee Bucks and the Houston Rockets.

Veteran NBA insider Marc Stein recently reported that the Rockets are emerging as a potential trade suitor for the Bucks superstar.

According to Stein, Houston’s mix of “rising prospects and draft picks” positions them as a credible contender for a blockbuster deal.

The Rockets, off to a strong start at 10-3 and currently third in the West, appear ready to enter their competitive window.

Their young core includes standout talents like Jalen Green, Alperen Sengun, Tari Eason, Jabari Smith Jr., Amen Thompson, and rookies Cam Whitmore and Reed Sheppard. They also have seasoned veterans like Fred VanVleet, Dillon Brooks, and Steven Adams, who could serve as trade assets.

Antetokounmpo, still only 29, is under contract with Milwaukee through at least 2027. However, with the Bucks struggling at 4-9 and facing an aging roster, a trade scenario could become plausible.

One key factor that might push Milwaukee toward considering such a move was revealed recently, adding more intrigue to the situation.
