Despite trailing by 17 points, the U.S. team rallied, with Embiid contributing 19 points, 4 rebounds, and 2 assists, including several crucial fourth-quarter shots.
After the game, Embiid taunted the French crowd, dancing and goading them. This isn’t the first time he’s antagonized the fans, having done so during Team USA’s group stage match against Puerto Rico.
