[Jolly Sports News] Ja Morant’s agent is putting the NBA on notice.

Shams Charania of The Athletic appeared on “The OGs Show” hosted by Udonis Haslem and Mike Miller. During the episode, Charania asked Miller, who is now Morant’s agent, about Morant’s offseason progress. Miller replied, “Ja Morant is coming for all the work this year. How soon they forget. That’s all I’ll say. He’s about to come for it.”

Morant, 24, has been somewhat forgotten after playing only nine games last season due to a second suspension for flashing a gun on social media and subsequent season-ending shoulder surgery. As a result, players like Anthony Edwards and Tyrese Haliburton have overshadowed him as the NBA’s next young star.

However, Morant, a two-time All-Star and one-time All-NBA selection with a career average of 22.5 points per game, has the potential to reclaim his status. He has made positive strides in his injury rehab, and Miller, a former Grizzlies player and two-time NBA champion, believes Morant is poised for a major comeback next season.
