[Jolly Sports News] After the Milwaukee Bucks’ 116-94 loss to the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden, Giannis Antetokounmpo had a tense exchange with a reporter.
Frustrated by his team’s lack of effort, Giannis criticized the Bucks’ performance, especially their failure to defend open threes.
Midway through his comments, Antetokounmpo abruptly snapped at a New York reporter off-camera who appeared uninterested. “Hey man, if you don’t want to be here, you can leave,” he said, clearly irritated.
Coming off a stretch where the Bucks played with intensity, the loss to the Knicks was a setback. Antetokounmpo was the team’s top scorer, finishing with 24 points, 12 rebounds, and 2 assists on 11-of-21 shooting.
