[Jolly Sports News] The Philadelphia 76ers might still be adding pieces to their roster. According to Keith Pompey of The Philly Inquirer, the 76ers are interested in free agent sharpshooter Davis Bertans.
At 6-foot-10, Bertans, a 31-year-old power forward, is known for his roughly 40-percent career three-point shooting, making him a strong candidate for the veteran’s minimum the 76ers could offer.
Despite already acquiring forwards like Paul George and Caleb Martin, along with incumbents Kelly Oubre Jr. and KJ Martin, Philly’s current forward lineup is mostly under 6-foot-8, which could explain their interest in the taller Bertans.
If not Bertans, the 76ers might consider signing a former George teammate from the LA Clippers for the 4 spot.
