NBA star Devin Booker took to social media Saturday to show support for the iconic restaurant chain amid reports that it’s preparing to file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
Turns out, Booker is a big fan of the brand best known for its chicken wings (and, of course, its signature atmosphere).
Founded in 1986, Hooters enjoyed decades of success but is now struggling with declining revenue and store closures. With bankruptcy looming, the Phoenix Suns star might just do his part to keep the brand afloat—or maybe he can even rally another NBA legend to join the cause.
Between Booker and golf influencer Paige Spiranac, Hooters is getting plenty of love from the sports world.
