[Jolly Sports News] Bronny James was on the Los Angeles Lakers’ active roster for the season opener against the Minnesota Timberwolves, hoping to make history by playing alongside his father, LeBron James.
Though Bronny didn’t hit the court, he did share an interesting photo moment with his dad.
The Lakers, who selected Bronny in the second round of this year’s draft, were gearing up for the father-son duo to become the first to play together in an NBA game.
Ahead of the game, the NBA shared pregame photos of the two warming up together.
One thing really stood out in the photos: Bronny looked tiny next to LeBron. At 6-foot-9 and 250 pounds, LeBron is a physical powerhouse, and his presence dwarfs most players.
Bronny, at 6-foot-2 and 210 pounds, is well-built but appeared much smaller next to his 39-year-old dad.
Of course, the camera angle exaggerated the difference, but it sparked comments about Bronny’s size compared to LeBron, with many sharing a similar reaction.
