[Jolly Sports News] Patrick Beverley, 36, left the NBA this offseason to join Hapoel Tel Aviv BC in Israel on a unique two-year deal.

While the Israeli league’s schedule aligns closely with the NBA’s, overseas contracts often include clauses allowing players to return to the NBA if the opportunity arises. Beverley has also spoken openly about the challenges of playing in Israel.

Meanwhile, the Phoenix Suns, with the league’s highest payroll at $226 million, are struggling at 14-14 (11th in the West). With bench depth being an issue, signing a defensive specialist like Beverley on a veteran’s minimum could be a smart move—despite his history of playoff beef with the Suns.

This week, Beverley hinted that his NBA journey might not be over. During an interview with streamer N3on on Kick, he named the Suns as the team he’d most like to join.

Beverley expressed interest in seeing how Phoenix’s Big Three—Devin Booker, Kevin Durant, and Bradley Beal—operates, given his experience playing alongside other NBA superstars in his career. Mr. 94 Feet may still have unfinished business in the league.
