[Jolly Sports News] Nick Van Exel, a 13-year NBA veteran and former All-Star, is stepping into the world of sports representation. Van Exel is now a co-founder and partner at 100X Sports, an agency specializing in both NFL and NBA clients.
The agency has already assembled a roster of established agents, including Tom Mills, who leads the football division and represents notable clients such as Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield.
“Sports is changing right in front of our eyes, and our agents have the right tools to serve our clients and their families to maximize their value during their career and properly prepare them for life after the game,” Van Exel said in a statement announcing his new role.
Van Exel enjoyed a standout NBA career from 1993 to 2006, primarily with the Los Angeles Lakers and Denver Nuggets.
The 1998 All-Star averaged 14.4 points per game over 880 career appearances. After spending years in coaching, Van Exel is now taking on
