In a recent CIF Division IV state semifinal game, he scored an impressive 53 points, leading his team to a 74-69 victory over Washington Prep. This game was notable not only for the high score but also for the viral social media highlights showcasing his skills.
During the game, Alijah demonstrated remarkable scoring ability, netting 23 points in the first half and escalating his performance with 30 in the second. His efficiency from the field was solid, shooting 17-31, although his free-throw percentage could have boosted his score even higher had he converted more than 17 of his 26 attempts. His remarkable 53-point game is second only to his personal best of 56 points, scored in a previous season’s game.
Standing 6’4″, Alijah also contributed significantly beyond scoring, grabbing 11 rebounds in the game. His season averages are impressive, with 33.4 points, 8.1 rebounds, 3.2 assists, 1.4 steals, and 1.0 blocks per game, highlighting his all-around contributions to the Chancellors’ success.
Alijah is already being recognized as a top prospect, ranked fifth in his class for 2026 by ESPN, and has received offers from prestigious college programs like Arizona, Kansas, and UCLA.
